These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tools and services provided by Stratos AI ("we", "us", or "our") at stratosai.au and stratosai.com.au (collectively, "the Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Stratos AI provides AI-powered tools designed for real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and professional services businesses. Our tools include Nomen (listing intelligence), Ephara (campaign intelligence), Kairos (broker intelligence), and Provara (content intelligence).
The Services are intended for professional business use. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

Paid tools are offered on a monthly subscription basis. The following terms apply:
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You retain ownership of all input content you provide to the Services (your notes, property details, client information, etc.).
You also own the outputs generated by the Services based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing all generated outputs before use and for ensuring they are accurate, appropriate, and compliant with any applicable laws or regulations (including real estate advertising standards and financial services regulations).
By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs. We do not claim ownership of your content or outputs.
Our tools use artificial intelligence to generate content. While we design our tools to produce high-quality, professional outputs, we make no warranty that:
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all outputs before publishing, sending, or using them in any professional context. Stratos AI is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of generated content.
All technology, design, software, branding, and content comprising the Services (excluding your inputs and outputs) is the intellectual property of Stratos AI. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any part of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
The Stratos AI name, logo, and product names (Nomen, Ephara, Kairos, Provara) are trademarks of Stratos AI and may not be used without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratos AI and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Services integrate with third-party providers including Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database), and Hostinger (hosting). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
